We will also try and categorize them so you can really refer to the ones that may come in handy to you based on your usage.

-GoEx Launcher
-ADW Ex (we did face some crashes on this so this doesn’t top the list, although its a very capable and a good looking launcher)
-ADW Launcher (same as ADW Ex but prior to the developer launching the paid version. This one is open source and most commonly found on custom roms)

Best Android File Managers

-ES File Explorer
-File Expert
-Root Explorer (as the name suggests, it needs root access, but this is the best option for accessing and managing the system folders)

Best Android Backup Utilities

-Titanium Backup
